From a young age, I had sensed an influence that was beyond what we could see or explain with pure logic. I discovered astrology in college while studying for my Bachelors in Psychology, and was gifted my first astrology book, 'The Inner Sky' by Steven Forrest. Years later, I began serious study at the metaphysical bookstore in my neighborhood, The Crystal Way, in 2008. I was in awe of this map of symbols and connections that formed a geometric pattern. But what did it all mean? As luck would have it, Steven Forrest was offering an Apprenticeship program very close to home in Calistoga, California. I went to my first retreat and the material really resonated with me and I felt at "home" in the community. I have been attending this program twice a year ever since. I have learned that astrology is a vast and complex system as you are essentially gazing into the entire universe reflective of an individuals soul. What I admire most about the evolutionary perspective of astrology, is that it posits that we have free will, and life is not fated. We are all "evolving" and have the opportunity to work with our unique charts to create the life we love. My goal is to help others by illuminating the connections from their charts with the stars and the universe. Empowering people to open up their connection to all that they are and can be, in this lifetime.
In addition to the intense astrological study, I have studied Sound Healing at Globe Insititute, Reiki, Qi gong, and the Shamanic Pachakuti Mesa tradition with Don Oscar Miro Quesada.
