The asteroid Chiron, known as the wounded healer, is at the tail end of spending time in Pisces. On February 18, Chiron will enter Aries and stay there for the rest of the year. We had a glimpse of Chiron in Aries from April 17 to September 26 in 2018. In mythology Chiron was a Centaur, 1/2 man, 1/2 horse who was immortal and could not heal himself. He needed to learn to accept his wounding and incorporate that part of himself, his fears and insecurities, and rise above the wounds. In that process, he learned how to help others overcome their deep wounds.
With Chiron at the last degree of Pisces, the message is to "Let go, forgive, and release!" Pisces is the sign of the Mystic, the one who has one foot in this world and one in the heavens. Pisces is in the zodiacal journey learning to surrender to all that is. Control is an illusion and through aligning with the vast universe, Pisces finds peace. Pisces work is to let go and forgive as carrying the burdens and pains of the world do not serve. We can choose to release and turn over our ailments to the divine. Since September 27th, all of us may have felt a particular wound was weighing heavy on us. We may have felt a crisis of faith or a lack of trust in the bigger picture. We may have witnessed or experienced some of our most challenging moments, moments that had us on our knees in anguish. These experiences may have led us to our faith, to the greater meaning of life. Are there ways that you have been able to rise above the chaos and find compassion for yourself and others? Are you willing to forgive? Forgiveness does not mean that you have to forget wrongdoings. It means you choose to not allow that transgression to take hold of you. You choose to let go and not allow that energy to keep a space in your heart. It is a gift to give yourself. As we step into Chiron in Aries, the journey will be more about courage. Courage to let your insecurities not be in the driver seat. To face your fears and do it anyway. To be brave in a world where you question whether you can weather the storm. Finding your courage and conviction will be the opportunity to develop yourself and heal. Channeling your inner warrior is the assignment. Stay strong and carry on! For a personal glimpse into what is happening for you, get a reading! We have all been in some situation at some point of our lives where there's so much to do yet so little time. It seems that thirty days is not enough for us to finish all our tasks and there's also very little time to rest so our productivity is also slower. Maybe that's what each one of us needed once in a while. We need to give ourselves enough time to rest. Unfortunately, this can't be done if we are the only one producing for the whole team. We need to learn how to rest and recharge even in the middle of our busy schedule to be more productive.
