![]() Let your heart decide. WE all know that the Moon deals with emotions for when the Moon is Full, we may see a rise in signs that people are feeling an increase in emotional sensitivity. On Eclipses, we see significant life events correlating to eclipses such as job or relationship changes, births of ‘Queens’ or the death of a ‘King’, endings and beginnings. With this Eclipse being more subtle in its range of orb to cast a shadow on the Moon, we may not feel it as intensely as some of the other eclipses coming in the next month. The Moon is in the sign of Aquarius. A Moon sign that loves to be photographed in my experience, enjoys the limelight perhaps. I have many Aquarius Moon’s in my photography collection, but less common are Pisces and Scorpio. Anyhow, with the essence of Aquarius we are reminded of the “Water Bearer” which instantly can cause a reaction such as “huh?”, “the what??”. In this confused response we have yet again more dichotomy as the symbol that conflicts with the sign’s element of Air. We begin to scratch our heads. This perplexity hints at the energetic imprint of Aquarius…it does not blend or fit into a neat orderly box, quite the contrary. Breaking the rules ignites the Aquarian appetite, not strictly for the desire to create havoc, but rather an identification with their own authentic individualism which may require ‘going against the grain’. This Full Moon is also stimulated by Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, and here we find a repetition of a theme which is reminding us of our individualism, the part of us we know will make us stand out in a crowd is about to tap us on the shoulder to take a leap or at least show up. Our authentic self wants a seat at the table. The Moon and Uranus form a “Yod” directed to Jupiter and Mercury in Virgo. The Jupiter and Mercury would infuse themes of faith, beliefs, theoretical understanding, and communication into the pie slice. This Moon would allow for a visionary and altruistic heart to languish in exploring the ‘whys’ of life stimulated and electrified by Uranus. Uranus is offering up the courage to stand up in the community and forge a new way forward, an ingenious alternative. The challenge is to get Mercury who is enjoying its’ time in articulate Virgo to understand someone who seems to not live by the rules of convention and normalcy. Virgo is weary of impulsiveness and Uranus in Aries is demonstrating this in spades. The Aquarius Moon also has some challenges expressing to Jupiter in Virgo why the little bits don’t really matter, it’s being able to experience without limitation and not attach to any particular one mantra. This ‘open ended’ approach makes Virgo’s skin crawl as the patterns and repetitions of service serve to soothe the mental activity. The goal is to follow sprouting of new ways of believing or communing with the world. WE can expand our minds as to ways of improving our core selves for the benefit of the “ALL”. What may not be aligned with your future forward may be released or shifted to assist you moving in your individual evolving direction. May the shifts and insights trying to communicate with you be easily received and not shunned or shamed- for what may seem shocking and innovative at first has the potential to assist your journey onward. Ideally under an Aquarius Moon, we stay detached and open to the unexpected rather than attached to reliable or predictable outcomes in our lives. Breathe into the emotional currents over the next few days as we ride the waves of our hearts and the cosmos.
