Full Moon in Virgo- the Virgin, the Servant, the Maiden, the Perfectionist
With a Full Moon in Virgo, we may feel the intensity of what may need 'a fixing'. Virgo is an Earth element sign and when working with the material world it excels. Virgo keeps us busy and intentional as we move about accomplishing the somewhat mundane tasks of living. Virgo sees the potential and promise of daily effort. It knows the importance of being prepared. Virgo understands the importance of growing or nurturing new life, so will be the ones to know in any crisis. This Full Moon may bring in the shadow of Virgo which is worry and doubt. Being a sign ruled by Mercury, the communication Planet, Virgo has a tendency to get lost in thoughts. The "doer" quality of this sign seems to counter the mental anquish, especially if one can feel useful and competent. The Pisces ship is sailing with the Sun, Neptune, Mercury, Venus and Chiron in Pisces. Pisces is the imaginative, dreamy, meditative sign that opposes Virgo. Living from the water, it is a more of a flowing feeling sign that prefers to stay clear of mundane reality. Pisces gravitates towards the ethereal, the less physical, that which we cannot always explain in words. The Mystic that has one part of self on the earth plane and the other part communing with spirit. Pisces shadow can be illusion and martyrdom as it gets caught trying to apply the rules of the spirit world to the material world. The rules of the material world will not work in the spirit world either. Pisces is learning how to just be and surrender to what is. Watch for lessons around this arising now. This is an excellent time to imagine, well beyond rational reality. Counterbalancing you may start to drift away, will be the mighty Virgo Moon reminding you that each step on Earth creates something. Working together Pisces and Virgo realize together, they can bring a little bit of heaven down to Earth.
